Remembering Tim

Yesterday I attended the memorial service for my friend Tim. I won't attempt to make any kind of sense of this tragedy. It seems that Tim didn't know how important he was to so many people, and how his family and friends depended on him.

I don't really have it in me to say anything eloqent, but here are some words that have come to mind as I've been remembering him:

The Gulf Coast

Last weekend we went to the Gulf Coast of Florida, near Pensacola, to celebrate Julie and Ed's wedding! It was gorgeous, and a wonderful time with great people!
